This list of three specific good things may have happened recently, possibly yesterday – allow yourself time to reflect upon them. They could be anything from spending time with family, doing some research, taking time out to read a book, a beautiful sunrise or sunset, signing up a new client, your team finishing a project or joining a new course that’s fun.

 

Recognise how you think and feel about the three positive thoughts. This is one of many ways to rewire your brain for positivity. It is a simple yet empowering tool to help you focus on bringing more happiness and positivity into your life. As positive emotion is also linked to more innovation, better problem solving and a more connected individual and/or team. Try it out for the next week and see how it makes your feel.
